Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

This is a baseline version for our interest-validation phase (trial period), not a final legal document. Before a full launch — especially with higher traffic or paid plans — we'll have it reviewed by a lawyer.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version is binding.

1. What Vyreportuj To does

Vyreportuj To is a tool that uses AI to turn uploaded data (Excel and CSV exports, or SQL/DAX queries) into a description of what the data means, reports, dashboards, and answers to your questions.

2. Your account

To use the app, you create an account with an email and password. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything uploaded or done through your account.

3. What you upload

You may only upload data you have the right to process (your own company data, or data with the owner’s consent). Don’t upload sensitive personal data of third parties beyond what’s normally contained in your operational exports, or any content that infringes others’ rights.

4. AI output — verify it

Numeric values in reports and charts are computed by code running directly on your data, so you can trace and verify them. Written interpretation, summaries, and recommendations, however, are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies — please verify them before relying on them for important business decisions.

5. Service availability

The service is under active development (soft launch) — features may change and occasional downtime may occur. We don’t provide any availability guarantee (SLA) at this stage.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the service, nor for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

7. Termination

You can close your account yourself at any time, or ask us to close it and delete your data. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of misuse (e.g. excessive automated calls to AI features outside normal use).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — we’ll let you know about significant changes in the app or by email.

9. Processing your customers’ personal data (data processing agreement)

If you upload data containing personal data of third parties (e.g. customer or employee names in your exports), you are the controller of that data, and we become its processor under Article 28 GDPR. By creating an account and uploading such data, you enter into a data processing agreement with us on these terms:

  • Subject matter and duration: processing of personal data contained in the data you upload, for the purpose of providing the service (analysis, reports, dashboards, answering questions), for as long as your account exists.
  • Nature and purpose: the automated analysis and AI processing described in section 1 and in the Privacy Policy (item 3) — never our own marketing or other use outside providing the service to you.
  • Type of data and data subjects: typically identification and contact data (names, emails) and transactional data (orders, revenue) of your customers, suppliers, or employees, to the extent contained in your uploaded exports.
  • We process data only on your instructions (by using the app), bind everyone with access to confidentiality, and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure it.
  • We use the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy (item 4) for further processing. We’ll notify you by email or in the app before adding or changing a sub-processor, and you may raise a reasoned objection.
  • We’ll assist you in handling data subject requests (access, erasure, etc.) and in meeting your obligations under Articles 32–36 GDPR (security, incident notification, impact assessments).
  • After you stop using the service, we’ll delete or return your data on request, per the retention period in the Privacy Policy (item 6).
  • On request, we’ll provide the information necessary to demonstrate compliance with this agreement.

If your organization requires a separately signed data processing agreement (e.g. due to internal vendor policies), reach out to kontakt@vyreportujto.cz.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Direct questions to kontakt@vyreportujto.cz.
